Abstract
Technical economical and managerial changing phases of rural Poland have a great effect on the workload of women on Polish farms. This research topic concentrtaed on physiological load and the time of work. The research range included 234 persons made up of 150 women and men across 50 farms. There were 932 records taken of heart rate measurements during work. The main method to evaluate a workload was Heart Rate Reserve HRR index.
