Abstract
Some mechanical properties such as density tensile and compression strength of ligninbased polyurethane foam were studied. These mechanical properties were found to be dependent on the amount og lignin incorporated into the polyurethane foam. The formation of the foam was found to be temperature dependent. Addition of lignin to the polyurethane was found to improve its tensile compression strength and density. At 20 lignin content in the polyurethane the polymer was found
