Abstract
The model simulates the ;interrelationship between economic and demographic factors over the years 1970-1980 and 1980-2025. The demographic submodel analyses nuptiality and fertility mortality and survival rates and labour migration. The labour supply was estimated as a function of economic variables. The economic submodel is composed of various equation blocks namely a set of dynamic equations price block demand-for-factors block the income and consumption block the investment block the output block and the balance-of-trade equations. The effect of changing assumptions or selected factors on economic variables was simulated and analysed.
