Abstract

Ten carambola clones from germplasm collection which have been registered by Department of after Agriculture DOA were observed for their yield performance over four years since 1996 up to 1999 at MARDI Kluang. They were BI B2 B4 B6 B9 B10 B11 B13 B16 and B17. Most of them were planted in 1989. Six replication were involved in these study. The data based on yield per month. From the study earlier there were two peak time April and December within a year for the highest yielding though carambola was identified as non seasonal fruit. Nevertheless the study showed that the two peak time were slightly different among clones.
