Abstract

Forest Plantation activities in Sabah were initiated as early as the 1920's. Since the early 50's a number of indigenous tree species apart from the exotics have been tried in various research plots in the state. This paper aims to highlight the experiences gathered on a few aspects of plantation silviculture of some of these indigenous species.
