Performance of mango plants cv. Harumanis propagated by cleft grafting side-cleft grafting side grafting approach grafting and budgrafting were assessed in the field over a period of five years. Significant differences were observed for the parameters plant height scion girth and canopy spread at different growth stages. Approach graft was found to be a significantly shorter plant than other grafts for a 36 month period. At 60 months after planting no significant differences was observed among all the grafts. Similar trends were observed for scion girth parameters. No specific trend was observed for the canopy spread parameter on all the grafts studied. Most grafts flowered at 30-32 months after planting except for approach grafting where flowering was delayed until 39 months
