Abstract

Recent progress in the generic technology is reviewed especially in terms of microbial production of food and industrial enzyme and recombinant somatotropin wherein recent reviews on regulatory issues of these genetically engineered enzymes and plants are also included. At the same time recent findings on antibacterial agents and bioinsecticides and on fuure possibility for the production of the monoclonal antibodies and removal of heavy metals by plants are demonstrated
