Abstract
Three experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of different polybag sizes organic and inorganic fertilizers and mycorrhizal inoculation on growth of mengkudu planting materials. In the first experiment growth of mengkudu seedlings were generally better in the bigger size polybags although statistically for most parameters studied differences were not significant. Results from the second experiment indicated that fertilization generally improved growth of mengkudu seedlings with better growth observed using inorganic than organic fertilisers. In the third experiment inoculation with mycorrhizal fungi and increasing its dosage led to significant increases in growth of mengkudu seedlings.
