Abstract

Two-dimensional electrophoresis was used to separate proteins from normal and abnormal oil palm plantlets. Over 200 spots were observed and some variations particularly at the acidic portion of the gel were observed when comparisons were made. The variant proteins were isolated and purified by a Rotofor system
