Abstract

The possibility of using ground oil palm trunk as sub-strate for production of cellulose in a packed reactor was investigated. The maximum activity of beta-glucosidase 323.6x10-3 IU/ml was detected after 360hr after inoculation and carboxymethycellulase activity 119.0x10 IU/ml after 228hr after inoculation.
