Abstract
Boimass resources have the potential to provide cost saving for the industries through generating cheap power and heat for the industry own use and export eliminating of boimass disposal cost and reducing the Malaysias high reliance on fossil fuels. The paper addresses the potential of the current Malaysian boimass resources as well as the factors which can lead to stimulate the use of these vast renewable energy resources in Malaysia.
