Abstract
Heat is a strong stress to forestry workers. Water intake is of utmost importance in a hot environment. By cooling the body temperature excess metabolism is reduced and physical energy can be saved. Some rest in airy place in the shade is also effective. It is also important to spread the knowledge of ergonomics.
