Abstract
Sterculia parviflora embryos were subjected to desiccation in a sterile laminar air flow for 0-8 hours and cryo-stored in liquid nitrogen. Results show that the air dried embryos could be desiccated to a relatively low moisture content below 6 with 80 survival after storage in liquid nitrogen.
