Abstract

A new species of Abrosoma from Tanah Rata Cameron Highlands Peninsular Malaysia is described. Prosceles modestus (Redtenbacter) is re-named Abrosoma festinatum and redescribed. The egg is also figured for the first time. The genus Prosceles erroneously placed in the family Heteronemiidae subfamily Necrosciinae is now listed as a new synonym of Abrosoma family Pseudophasmatidae subfamily Aschiphasmatinae

Abstract
