Abstract

The sea surface images of the Malaysian waters and Gulf of Thailand transmitted from the NOAA were obtained with a satellite data utilization system during the MATAHARI EXPEDITION '85. The images and current observed in the survey area showed that there were two different types of water in the Trengganu waters i.e. gulf waters coming down southwards from the Gulf of Thailand and offshore waters going up northwards
