Abstract
Studies on the effect of different temperatures on the storage of Duku langsat were carried out. It was shown that storage temperature of 10 C and 85-90 relative humidity were the most suitable conditions for a storage period of two weeks whereby losses in weight rotten fruits and changes in skin colour were reduced. Sensory evaluation showed that the fruits were still acceptable organoleptically eventhough the skins had changed to slightly brown. At 15 C 20 C and ambient temperatures the fruits could only be stored for 1 1 1/2 and 1/2 respectively
