Abstract

Instant noodles was a fast growing industry in Malaysia with sales of over M70 million a year. It was widely consumed by all the ethnic groups in this country as a convenience food. This article highlighted the instant noodles consumption patterns among the various ethnic groups from a consumer survey conducted in Kuala Lumpur. Eating habits choice of brand flavour market outlet and advertising were discussed
