Abstract

The Phytate and phytate-degrading enzyme the source of phytate-degrading ezyme and phytate-degrading enzymes-producing microorganisms were reviewed in this paper. Bacterial phytate-degrading ezyme formation along with in vivo function of bacterial phytate-degrading enzyme and biotechnological application of the enzymes as animal feed food nutrition soil nutrient enhancement synthesis of lower inositol phospate potential in aquaculture and semisyntesis of peroxidase are also discussed.
