Abstract
In the business world, employees are the primary stakeholders and compatible assets that can promote efficiency and profit to the enterprise. This improves their positive experience is significant. Note that this study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to assess and understand the impact and influence of employee experience in an enterprise and its related factors. This literature survey includes 81 studies to identify the various influential factors on employee experience. A meta-analysis is performed on 19 studies (52 samples) to synthesise correlational data using an effect size estimate (r). It is discovered that there exists a positive relationship between employee experience and communication (r = 0.4875; 95% CI, -0.196, 1.171), Human Resources (HR) strategies & policies (r = 0.1885; 95% CI, -0.754, 1.131), organisational performance (r = 0.3471, 95% CI, -0.549, 1.24), employee well-being (r = 0.2312, 95% CI, -0.665, 1.128), superior support (r = 0.0472, 95% CI, -0.433, 0.527), work-life balance (r = 0.7546, 95% CI, -0.1383, 1.6474), job satisfaction (r = 0.1034, 95% CI, -0.559, 0.352). Thus, employee experience has a huge impact on the various factors that are necessary for the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, the strategic initiatives are to be redefined by considering employees to be one of the significant factors.
