Abstract

Pyrolysis of mangroves wood to produce charcoal in JMK kiln was studied from 300 to 700 degrees celcius at airflow rate of 9 m3/hr. Results showed that the fixed carbon content varied from 52.3 to 785 as the pyrolysis temperature increased from 300 to 70
