Abstract
The Reference Laboratory and Certification Unit of the Food Technology Division Malaysian Agricultural and Research Institute provided analytical services to the food industry. Charges were levied for such services which included chemical as well as microbilogical analyses. This unit was well-equipped with modern equipment and was manned by qualified personnel for the above mentioned purpose
