Abstract
Fifty six types of plants in Nanjing most widely used in landscape greenery in Nanjing were used as objects of this study. Mathematical method and model were adopted to analyze the sample data and further explored tridimensional green quantity of the plants. It gets rid of the deficiency of green coverage in expression of ecological function of green plants. It could also provide theoretical basis and data support for analyzing the rationality of the structure of different plant communities and further improvement of the construction of urban forests in China.
