Abstract
This paper discusses the higher education system in particular Food Science and Technology training programme in Thailand. The structure and organization of food science and technology courses offered at Kasetsart University is described in detail. The relevance of the food science and technology training programme to Thai Food Industry and National Economic Resources is highlighted. Coordination with other institutions offering training in food science and technology is also discussed.
