Abstract
Gamma-ray is well recognized as having high penetration to any substrate including metal. It can be potentially applied as agricultural practice to control microorganisms. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of gamma irradiation against the growth of Altenaria porii. A. porii exposured to doses of gamma-ray: control 50 Gy. 75 Gy 100 Gy 125 Gy 150 Gy 175 Gy 200 Gy 225 Gy and 1000 Gy. Results showed gamma-ray exposure to A. porri in cultural plates had non-significant difference between treatment and control.
