Abstract

A laboratory study was conducted to investigate the potential of peat as a natural adsorbent in the removal of copper ferrous manganese and magnesium ions from hydroponic waste. Different particle sizes of peat showed varying efficiency of metal ion uptake in the order of Cu Fe Mn Mg.
