Fauzidah Othman, . and Shahrom Mohamed, . (1992) Comparative study on the use of aeration devices. [Proceedings Paper]
Abstract
Three different aeration devices were tested on the Pusat Penyelidikan Ternakan Air Payau Gelang Patah Johore. Their efficiencies were evaluated in a 0.25 hectare pond each device continuously run for a period of 48 hours and basis for evaluation was the dissolved oxygen input per hour. Results indicated no distinct performance differences between them and the average dissolved oxygen input per hour were 0.16 mg/l Agitator 0.17 mg/l Paddel-wheel and 0.18 mg/l Aire-02
